Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The graphic designer is responsible for developing artwork for online and print media. This role requires skills in visual design, typography, color theory, composition and awareness of consumer marketing trends. Experience or understanding of corporate identity and brand awareness is important. We're looking specifically for a designer that has experience coding standards-based CSS / XHTML sites.
Skills and Requirements of Position
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver
- Strong CSS / XHTML skills
- Ability to communicate and present creative ideas
- Manage and estimate appropriate creative time for each project
- Assist with the development of original designs, layouts and concepts for multiple web projects and print layouts
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Mac proficient and PC capable
- Must be a team player and exhibit a high level of personal responsibility
